Reservas
Para validarmos uma reserva, os nossos clientes deverão enviar o comprovante de pagamento e as seguintes informações:

Payment methods, reservations, rent.

To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment for the 50% of the reservation can be made by PIX, credit card (upon request and payment of an administration fee) or payment in cash at our office.
Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee must be made at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.

In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the WhatsApp transfer.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as the Happy Hospedagem reservations department sends a confirmation message via WhatsApp.

If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the leased property is no longer available, we will offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in
Check-in time: 15:00 to 23:00

The customer is obliged to inform us of the time of his arrival and to give us his contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. In the check-in process, the client will have to call our check-in department in advance (+55)45 9 9111 3713, up to thirty minutes before arrival at the property. After receiving the call, we will provide information on how to hand over the keys to the reserved property.

If the customer arrives before our official check-in time at 15:00, he can leave his luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the apartment is available and the client wants to be guaranteed the possibility of an earlier check-in, a change between 6am and 3pm can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10 pm and 6 am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.


Check-out
Check-out time: 01:00 to 10:00

An employee of Happy Hospedagens will accompany the client remotely, guaranteeing the correct delivery of the keys.
If damages caused by the guest to the property or to third parties due to their negligence are subsequently verified, these may be charged and must be paid within 24 hours after notification.

If the apartment is available and the client only wants to leave between 10am and 12pm, we require a late check-out fee in the amount of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid upon entry.

For check-outs between 12:00 and 23:00, we charge the next day's rent. If the customer does not check-out at the agreed time, after a 60-minute grace period, a fine of 50 Reais will be charged, if this check-out is before 11:00 am. After 11 am, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.

Reservation cancellation and changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the reservation dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from Happy Hospedagens

Happy Hospedagens has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, in the event of one of the following cases: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace in the neighborhood and /or violation of condo rules, organization of parties, consumption of illegal drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, Happy Hospedagens assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with the internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rent payment.


Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he has rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same is applicable for other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the customer. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

visitors
There are condominiums that do not allow the entry of visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide you with a more suitable property.

Frequent visits may be billed as guests. If you need to receive visits, consult us in advance.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption, if you need to check your rental agreement. In case of energy billing, the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent is longer than 30 days, after each month.

Forum
The contracting parties elect the Forum of the District of Cascavel - PR
