Apartment 03 is on the second floor is like mother's heart 💓, always fits one more. Featuring 01 large bedroom with a super comfortable double box bed and an auxiliary bed, we can also add another extra mattress for that "extra element" kkkkk....
The living room and the kitchen are combined for greater interaction between the friends or family who will be there.
We also have a large covered balcony available to get that fresh air!!!

Apartment 03, is on the 2nd upper floor and has entrance with hall / staircase in common with apartment 02, with 01 bedroom, bathroom, room to measure and comfortable, as well as a beautiful and spacious kitchen, garage for 01 car (depending on the size of the vehicle can hold more 01) with electronic gate. In this apartment we have 01 double bed. As the room is large, we can add extra mattresses to increase occupancy capacity. The kitchen is complete with sink, cabinets, refrigerator, conventional stove with LPG, microwave oven, table and household items. The living room has a smarth TV and a sofa. We have WI-FI signal released for guests. For the dorm and accommodations, we offer all the bed linen, with blankets, sheets and pillows, plus bath towels. The occupancy capacity of this unit is usually 02 people and can be extended up to 06 people with additional mattresses.
